On January 28, 2020, Maj. Gen. Kanit Chamanan, Deputy Director-General of Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), Joint Operation Command, attended the opening ceremony of the Number 4 royal development projects training and seminar course for neighboring countries held between January 28-Febuary 4, 2020 at Royal Development Projects and Security Coordination Center (RDPSCC). This course includes 3 officers from the Cambodian Mine Action Center (CMAC) and Cambodian military personnel from various units.
