On Jan. 17, 2020, Mr. Aksel Steen-Nilsen, a country director of Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) in Thailand and Lt. Gen. Sittipol Nimnuan, Director- General of Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), Joint Operation Command jointly attended a signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding Year 2012-2014 whose Attachment No.1 is required to be revised. The signing ceremony of MOU was held at TMAC headquarters to ensure that the Norwegian People Aid’s operation in humanitarian mine action units (HMAU-4) would meet its objective and run smoothly based on its work plan approved by Chief of Defence Forces
