On February 3, 2020, Maj. Gen. Samarn Traisuta, Assistant Director-General of Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), Joint Operation Command, together with Chief of Special Affairs Branch, Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), Joint Operation Command attended the closing and the certificate presentation ceremony of the Number 4 royal development projects training and seminar course for neighboring countries specially organized for military personnel from the Kingdom of Cambodia at Royal Development Projects and Security Coordination Center.
